Privacy notice

Controller and scope

Trading name: fastSolution. Legal controller: Rene Segura Perez.

Address for these purposes: Rio san joaquin 498, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, México.

This notice covers enquiries submitted through fastsolution.com.mx and the contact email. Commissioned projects involving customer, employee or user data require their own agreements and notices.

Data and purposes

The form requests your name, email address and project type; company and message are optional. They are used to respond, understand the project, prepare a requested proposal and follow up on that conversation. They are not used for subscriptions, personalised advertising or unrelated marketing campaigns.

We do not request sensitive data, identity documents, passwords, bank details or third-party information through the form. Please do not include them in your message. This website does not process payments or create accounts.

The site is intended for professional software service enquiries and is not directed at minors. We do not create advertising profiles or make automated decisions about visitors.

Submitting an enquiry requests a response and the processing described in this notice. You do not have to accept advertising. You may request restrictions on use or disclosure, or withdraw consent, through the contact channel below; withdrawal is not retroactive and does not remove applicable legal obligations.

Email, providers and data disclosures

Enquiries are sent through Brevo’s SMTP service to a Gmail inbox used to handle fastSolution enquiries. Brevo and Google process message data for delivery and storage, potentially using infrastructure outside Mexico. The hosting provider also receives the technical data needed to serve the website. The application does not save enquiries in its own database.

Data is not sold and messages are not published. Providers acting on the controller’s behalf must operate under the relevant instructions and agreements. Disclosures to third parties for other purposes require the applicable consent unless a legal exception applies.

Retention and security

Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed to handle and follow up on them, then deleted or restricted for any applicable legal liability periods. If services are commissioned, their records are governed by the contract and legal obligations. Deletion must consider the inbox, delivery logs and copies controlled by the controller; removing data from the website does not automatically delete provider copies.

The controller must restrict messages to authorised staff, secure the accounts and review provider retention periods. Absolute security is not guaranteed. Do not send confidential project information until a suitable channel and sharing conditions have been agreed.

ARCO rights, withdrawal and restrictions

You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to processing of your data (ARCO rights), withdraw consent or restrict use and disclosure by emailing contacto@fastsolution.com.mx.

Include your name, a reply channel, the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate the enquiry. For corrections, specify the change and supporting information. Your identity and, where applicable, representation must be verified before data is disclosed or changed; first request instructions for an appropriate channel and do not upload identity documents to the public form.

For ARCO requests, a decision will be communicated within 20 business days of receipt; if granted, it will be implemented within 15 business days after the response. Each period may be extended once by an equal period where justified. Exercising rights is free, apart from any legally applicable reproduction or delivery costs. Withdrawal and restriction requests use the same channel, with an explanation of any legal impediment.

If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may contact the competent authority under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Changes to this notice

Updates will be published on this page with their date and version. Changes to purposes or processing requiring new consent must be communicated before taking effect.

Cookies and external services

The application does not install first-party cookies, advertising pixels, analytics, embedded maps or videos, or tracking technologies. It does not save the language in localStorage or sessionStorage: each language has its own URL. This version has no cookie preferences to accept.

Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google and sends technical data including its IP address and request headers. Having no cookies does not mean there are no third-party connections. You can block these connections in your browser; text remains available using system fonts.

Hosting and email services may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and delivery logs to operate and protect the service. Retention depends on applicable obligations and each service’s configuration; you may request information or applicable deletion through the privacy contact channel. If cookies or tracking tools are introduced, this disclosure and the relevant controls must be updated before they are enabled.

Terms of use

This website describes software development services and lets you request contact. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a development contract, generate charges or oblige you to purchase services.

Scope, deliverables, price, taxes, schedule, payments, code ownership, licences, maintenance, warranties, service levels and cancellation conditions must be agreed in writing in each project’s proposal and contract. Demonstrations do not replace those agreements or guarantee business results.

Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit third-party information without authority, distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorised access. You may report issues and accessibility requests through the contact email without including credentials or confidential data.

fastSolution content, branding and resources belong to their rights holders or are used under their licences. Third-party brands and technologies belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply certification, sponsorship or partnership. External links have their own policies.

These terms do not remove statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable Mexican law governs, subject to the rights and competent authorities relevant to each case.

Content disclosure

ERP screens, charts, sales, orders, code and pipeline displays are visual demonstrations using simulated data. Percentages, amounts, timings and test counts inside those demonstrations are not customer measurements or availability or performance commitments.

Claims about experience, projects, customers, support, delivery times and promotions must be supported by verifiable information and permission where relevant. Commercial offers need explicit conditions and validity dates. This disclosure does not turn an unverified claim into a fact or replace correcting published content.

For clarification, error reports, content rights claims or correction requests, email contacto@fastsolution.com.mx.
